One of the 3Ls of a Realtor is "LISTING".

Listing largely depends on the goals and priorities of the realtor.

If you want make a lot of sales, you will need a lead-generation plan that delivers salable and marketable listings(your products).

Your listings is a high leverage plan that drives your leads generation.

e.g if your listings are mostly properties located in Lagos, you tend to target Lagos populace because you are most likely to attract Lagos buyers.

Listed below are the various ways you can go about your listing operation.

✅ weekly seller updates

✅ Target marketing

✅ Track showings/collect feedbacks.

✅ Open house program (just like town hall meeting).

✅ Web listings with virtual tour (if you have a website).

✅ Flyers/ Posters/ Brochures. etc


Let us take a look at LEVERAGE.

Leverage is all about the who, how, and what of real estate.

We will be looking at leverage in two ways namely People and Technology.

These are the key drivers of any business enterprise.
The two work hand in hand and nonseparable.

Think of Facebook as a social media technology which is designed by people, connects people across all climes together with the aim of entertainment,socialising,doing business, learning and teaching.


Now to leverage on technology you will need:

✅ A website/blog

✅ Social Media handle (LinkedIn, twitter,Instagram, Fb etc)

✅ Online Forums

✅ Instant Messengers (IM) such as WhatsApp.

✅ TV/Radio (Not compulsory though).

✅ Computer hardwares and softwares/Applications.

You can utilize any or a combination of all of the above to drive your marketing/sales and get feedbacks/reviews on your product/services.

It helps you reach a wider audience within a short time without your physical presence/pitching.

Your activities can be partially or fully automated.

You can promote and project your brand, events etc.

Become an affiliate and earn 500,000ngn monthly
The People aspect of it has mainly to do with management, leadership, referral, followership, influence.

Now as a beginner, your business may not be earning enough to hire a staff (mostly administrative).

So I will recommend the NETWORK MARKETING model for you as it is easier, relatively cheaper and faster to run.

All you need to do is train,mentor, influence your team using your leadership and business skills.

They will in turn replicate same and then

 boom!

 Your network grows, multiplies and expands thereby increasing your net worth at a geometrical rate.
